Design and development of high speed, multi-layer printed circuit boards with small form-factor requirement. Responsible for porting digital electronics design concept from architecture phase to Production Phase which included complete hardware development cycle.

Hands on experience of circuit design, Schematic entry, electronic component selection, platform architecture define and power budget calculation for the entire system.

Experience in multi-layer mixed signal PCB (printed circuit board) Layout design, defining PCB stack up and form factor, component placement analysis, signal routing, thermal analysis, signal, and power integrity analysis and Gerber generation.

Experience in Hardware Bring up, debugging and testing of prototype design, engineering design Validation (EDVT), Power and performance analysis, product certification (FCC&CE, UL safety, Thermal and vibration, environmental safety).

Develop Test application in LabVIEW for automated testing of the product.
