Sasha – Product Engineer 

• 10+ years of demonstrated experience in Product Design and Manufacturing Engineering area.
• New product development and existing product modification following standard operating procedures.
• Experience in designing sheet metal housing for cooling system (fan shroud), and precision machined spacer, bushing and other related components.
• Creating Bill of Materials, layout drawings, design review documents and engineering change orders, analyzing customer specifications and determining product design requirements.
• Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Managed and provided engineering support for production line start up, designed tooling and parts drawings using, Solid-Works / Creo.
• Knowledge and experience with different manufacturing improvement methods such as 5S, and Lean Manufacturing.
• Design and Built of First Article Inspection (FAI) samples with all required documentation.
• Knowledge and Experience on preparing Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation.
• Possesses the multidisciplinary collaboration experience necessary to incorporate all aspects of engineering design into project planning and development.
• Calibrated and validated instruments using GMP, Wrote and executed IQ, OQ and PQ for SAP system, experienced in laboratory testing, maintenance procedures and validation techniques.
• M.S. Manufacturing System Engineering.
