- Maintain quality standards for TASER (electronic weapons) and AXON (Video/Audio) products.
- Maintain reliability standards for products and quality system to ISO 9001 standards.
- Maintain quality standards for government contract RF Aerospace and Electronic modules.
- Establish the extrinsic reliability involving multitasking on many projects in a fast paced environment.
- Start up the Diffusion area in a new manufacturing area.
- Maintain, improve, and develop atmospheric and LPCVD processes to integrate with production and development process flows.
- Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), Calipers, Drop Gages, Digital and Video Microscopes, Micrometers, Feeler Gages, Pull/Push Force Gages, and Angle gages.
