Lubin – Process Engineer
- Extensive hands on experience with new Process Development, Process Control Electronics Assembling/Integration Process, SMT assembly line equipment, Process documentation maintain, Process optimization , and Cost improvement programs, defects reduction and root cause detection and determination
- In depth knowledge of semiconductor devices, electronic manufacturing and packaging
- New product development core teams and coordinate the formulation of design validation and approbations test plans
- Extensive experience with factory data management and product improvement.
