Changpu – Characterization Engineer

  • Developed and completed the following items for DC/DC Buck converter characterization and verification:
  • Characterization Plan
  • Used Cadence Capture/Allegro to Design the Schematic and Layout for Evaluation board
  • Bench Hardware Setup
  • LabVIEW GUI
  • Failure Analysis on the Hardware
  • Designed test hardware platform and integrated available equipment as required to fully characterize devices to their specifications using Automated testing tool (LabVIEW).
  • Designed the mixed signal Hardware test platform for mixed signal IP using the schematic tooand guided the layout for the mixed Signal(Part Placement/layer stack-up and signal integrity).
  • Debugged Hardware and performed Wake-up.
  • Set up the test bench configuration for each IP module as required for SCM data collection and characterization.
