- Technologies such as DDR PCI-X and Gigabit Ethernet, High-Speed Digital, Mixed Analog, Split Plane, Controlled Impedance, Differentials Pairs, with blind/buried/micro-vias/backdrill in High-Density Interconnect (HDI) and High-Density Placement (HDP)
- Understand IPC footprint and PCB required, also compliance newer DFF and DFA guideline
- Design Tools: AutoCAD, Cadence Allegro, Mentor Pads, OrCAD
