Manufacturing experience working with modem and exotic materials, composites, additive manufacturing & rapid prototyping methods

Quality experience developing high-precision metrology equipment and utilizing statistical tools in Minitab

R&D experience archetyping high-speed mechanical equipment from initial concept to a final Proof of Principle (PoP) solution

Experience executing FEA or CFD Analyses characterizing material responses or outlining product performance envelopes within SolidWorks

Led colleagues, partners, and suppliers on international cross-functional teams managing program milestones, deliverables, and resources from product concept to mass production

History of executing innovative solutions to engineering challenges when developing mechatronics, hydraulic, pneumatic, or vacuum product sub-systems

Fluent in using modern statistical and lean design tools such as SPC, Cp, Cpk, DOE, FMEA, FMECA, and other Taguchi methodologies
