Laurie – Product Engineer   

  • 10+ years as a Product & Quality Engineer, working on memory products from concept through end-of-life, performing validation, test development, failure analysis, process improvements, characterization and report generation.
  • Software:  Test development, product characterization, data back-up/migration, updating drivers, desktop virtualization, partitioning, encryption, and BIOS configuration. Identification and removal of Malware.
  • Applications:  Microsoft Office, Outlook, Anti-Virus Software, Imaging Software, Encryption, Photo/Video Editing Software, Anti-Spyware, Windows Diagnostic Software, Web Browsers and Drive Diagnostic Tools.
  • Hardware:  Ability to diagnose and resolve system issues.  PC assembly, connect and evaluate new hardware.  Install/configure upgrade processors, memory, drives, expansion cards, peripherals and printers.  Knowledge of how components work with each other.
  • Experienced with desktop support, data migration, Active directory, System Center Configuration Manager, statistical software (Jump), tracking software, SAP, C, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.
  • Operating Systems: Installing, imaging, configuration and troubleshooting of Windows OS, 7 and greater.
  • Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
