Engineering technician with knowledge, training and experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of Ion Implanters, various medical and laboratory instruments and advanced naval sonar equipment.

  • Supports engineering team for continuous improvement and product development.
  • Performs testing, data collection & analysis for customer escalations.
  • Serves on Particle Improvement team, utilizing particle metrology (KLATencor SP1/SP2/SP3)
  • Performs preventative & routine maintenance on HC Implanters.
  • Assists with establishing BKMs for cleaning and particle control.
  • Assists in developing test plans for support of customer escalations.
  • Provides onsite service to various customers regionally and nationally, including doctor’s offices, hospitals and university laboratories.
  • Performs corrective and preventative maintenance on various instruments including CBC analyzers, molecular diagnostic systems, ultrasound systems, pulsed light hair removal systems and water chillers.
  • Provides customer support in the USA for British made chiller systems, frequently used in optical lens manufacturing.
