Tim – Test Technician
Engineering technician with knowledge, training and experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of Ion Implanters, various medical and laboratory instruments and advanced naval sonar equipment.

- Performs testing, data collection & analysis for customer escalations.
- Serves on Particle Improvement team, utilizing particle metrology (KLATencor SP1/SP2/SP3)
- Performs preventative & routine maintenance on HC Implanters.
- Assists with establishing BKMs for cleaning and particle control.
- Assists in developing test plans for support of customer escalations.
- Provides onsite service to various customers regionally and nationally, including doctor’s offices, hospitals and university laboratories.
- Performs corrective and preventative maintenance on various instruments including CBC analyzers, molecular diagnostic systems, ultrasound systems, pulsed light hair removal systems and water chillers.
- Provides customer support in the USA for British made chiller systems, frequently used in optical lens manufacturing.
